Overall responsibility for delivery of project(s) in line with contractual, financial and client satisfaction targets.
Ensure appropriate project governance and regular Project reviews are in place covering all aspects of delivery, and deal with any contractual/commercial risks as soon as they are identified.
Provide Leadership, direction and mentoring to large scale multi-disciplinary teams developing high quality solutions on time, to budget and to customer requirements.
Take full ownership for project profit and loss for allocated project, placing a particular focus on order intake, sales, gross margin and cash.
Ensure appropriate resources and expertise are available and the requisite level of internal competency exists to deliver across the project.
Collaborate and share best practice with other Executive Project Directors across the organisation to ensure a consistent and high quality delivery occurs across the global Project portfolio.
Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships at a Senior level within our client organisations which can secure repeat business and expand the client's Oil & Gas footprint.
Work collaboratively to resolve conflicts as they arise and build meaningful relationships with customers, partners, internal stakeholders and key suppliers

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience:
Experience of successfully delivering complex major projects within the Oil & Gas sector, including practical knowledge of the full project lifecycle- from capture and qualification through to implementation
Significant EPC Project Delivery Experience gained leading projects in excess of $1 Billion + value.
Sound knowledge of fabrication and construction projects.
Experience of lump sum projects
Prior experience of managing project P&L
Prior experience of working within an Executive level role and interfacing with Senior internal and external stakeholders together with the professional credibility to influence at a Senior level.
Exceptional leadership skills with proven experience of leading, recruiting and developing team members to deliver significant projects without delay or additional cost.
